Return & Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping at Ivy Citizens!
We want to get it right, so if you’re not loving your new items or have questions here’s what you do.


  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Request a Return Shipping Label @ support@ivycitizens.com.

In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact support@ivycitizens.com within 5 business days of receipt for specific instructions.


When your items arrive, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

Next step, we initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less any return shipping fees.  Credits will post depending on your card issuer’s policies.


  • Tracking and Priority Shipping is available
  • Orders placed before 12:00PM EST will ship out same day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will ship out the following Monday or the first business day following a holiday.
  • Ground shipping arrives within 3-7 business days.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
